Parkhurst: More Good News

With the Boston Globe suddenly taking an interest in the New England Revolution, there’s plenty to talk about. Today’s “double-plus-good” news appears below, but there’s another item in the Globe today reporting on the status of starting central defender Michael Parkhurst’s shoulder.

For the record, it’s one of those lovely, “damned-if-you-don’t, damned-if-you-do” equations: play with a gimpy shoulder and risk its explosion; go for the surgery and miss the start of the season.

Yeah, it’s gonna be a swell year….
