“When the Seagulls Follow the Trawler …”

By: Sabin | February 14th, 2007

Because the Revolution rock so hard, we decided to have two authors. How else can the Revs be done the justice they — who were robbed in ‘o6, mind you — so desperately deserve?

My name is Sabin, and I’ll be working with Jeff to try and bring the kicks and comments regarding the Revs home to The Offside. I’m “on locale” (live just north of Bawston) in comparison to Jeff, so look for some pitch-side comments and pics, comments from The Fort and other shenanigans as I do my best to honor our team and this blog.

I cut my teeth as a newspaper report at The Gardner News, and The Fitchburg Sentinel and Enterprise when I was younger, but I’ll try not to let that get in the way of good writing.

As Kevin Keegan once said of our own Steve Nicol, so we hope to do the same: “Steve Nicol never gives more than 120%” (reference Liverpool FC quotes). By the end of this season, I hope the same can be said of us regarding this blog.

Thanks for reading, and we’ll see you soon.

Ugh. The curse of the “gives 120%.” Damn you, Keegan.
